We’re excited to introduce Faces of Lynch Truck Center, a new monthly series highlighting one dedicated employee who helps keep our operation moving. Each month, we’ll shine a light on the people behind the trucks—and for March, we’re proud to feature Bill R., Towing Parts Advisor at Lynch Truck Center.

Bill has been part of the Lynch family for 8 years. In his role, he helps organize towing parts orders, supports commercial upfitting, and works closely with customers to make sure they get exactly what they need to keep their operations running.

"What I enjoy most is meeting people from all over the states and Canada. Helping all of them keep their trucks and crews going is very important to me."

When asked what makes Lynch Truck Center special, Bill points to the people and the culture.

"The Truck Center is its own unique place. It has always been an up-and-coming, growing company, and everyone works together to keep things moving. We are all one big team, and that’s what I enjoy the most."

Outside of work, Bill’s hobbies and passions are clear.

"Well, we all know I like Jeeps… and more Jeeps. Lol. In the past, I fished a ton of walleye tournaments, from grassroots to semi-pro, but then the Jeep stuff kicked in and I haven’t looked back."

When it comes to parts or accessories he recommends for towing businesses, Bill doesn’t point to one specific item. Instead, he focuses on listening to customers and helping them get exactly what their trucks need to stay safe and running efficiently. His experience helps ensure every towing fleet has the right parts for the job.
